18 x 18 Martha Stewart album

okay, this is my new passion!!!! besides using my favourite paper. Check out the size of this layout. anyone guess? it kind of just looks like a 12 x 12 hey? but if you look here, the black sheet is an actual 12 x 12, the layout I did is an 18 x 18. It is Martha Stewart's new line of albums. Her stuff is fantastic, and so different than supplies out there. It has some class to it. She sells 18 x 18 paper in different patterns too but I like just being able to build a page with anything. I am going to get a shadow box frame made to fit this size so I can rotate layouts in and out throughout the year. I do this with 2 other size shadow boxes and it is so much fun!!!! This was almost like working with a canvas,

I saw this stuff at Michael's last week and thought it looked cool. I should have known that you would try it out! Did you buy the 18x18 Album too? or just creat a huge layout??

Pam, of course, I needed a place to store these, they are this gigantic. The funny thing is I used an 8 x 10 and it still looks small. I am so blowing up some
11 x 14's.

Darn that Martha for finding another way to take my money! The stuff does look great. She has an entire line of glitter at a really good price, and I finally found the brown I needed to finish my family layout! I will email it to you once it is finished.

Jody, I know, I know. I really like a lot of every product she creates, especially the silpat cookie sheets. Best money spent. I haven't tried any of her patterned paper yet, soon. But I got a few glitter and bought that brown one too. It is THE best glitter I've ever used, and such a reasonable price. The glitter glue she made is awesome too. Can't wait to see your finished class layout. Excited!!!!

Lecia, I love the huge LO, was it harder working on such a big area? I find 12x12 overwheliming!! The Melina pictures are wonderful...as always!

Leica - Other than Riley and Jager, you're the most photogenic person I've ever seen. I'm horribly jealous. - Andrea

Kelly, the 18 x 18 allowed me to use more of a patterned paper than I'd ever be allowed too right? So I was excited because I love using multiple patterns. I didn't have to worry about my photo size or placement as there is so much room. I could've taken advantage of this too and included more journaling but I really didn't have anything to say. It is a really awkward size but they look like works of art on the wall, reminds me of a canvas but cheaper, and when I want to change it up, I don't have to worry about storing my canvas somewhere. I love canvas work but I like change too much so I'm constantly moving things to show new stuff.
